Terms of Service
Welcome to AISoul (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using AISoul at mobile.aisoul.work, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or purchase a subscription. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
AISoul is an adult entertainment and AI roleplay service. It is not intended for minors.
2. Nature of the service
AISoul provides AI-powered chat companions (“girlfriends”) that can exchange text messages, photos, and video clips with you. You understand and agree that:
- All companions are fictional AI characters, not real people.
- Responses are generated by artificial intelligence and curated media systems.
- Content is for entertainment, companionship, and adult roleplay — not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice.
- AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected.
3. Account registration
You must provide a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at samqikaka625@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
One person may not share an account with others unless explicitly permitted by us. We may suspend accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Free and paid plans
AISoul offers a free tier with limited photos, videos, and chat, plus a 7-Day Pass and paid plans (Week $4.99 · Month $8.99 · Quarter $19.99 · Year $49.99) with unlimited photos & videos & talks, unlock 18+ media. Plan features and prices are displayed in the app and on our website and may change with reasonable notice.
The 7-Day Pass lasts 7 days from activation. Monthly plans grant 30 days of access from successful payment confirmation. Plans do not automatically renew; you must initiate a new payment to extend access.
5. Billing & refunds
Payments are accepted via Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and USDT on supported blockchain networks (e.g. BSC/BEP20, Solana, TRON). You must pay the exact amount shown on your order within the stated expiry window. For USDT, send to the deposit address and network shown on the payment screen.
- Blockchain (USDT) transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse on-chain transfers.
- Once subscription access is activated on your account, fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
- If you believe you paid correctly but did not receive access, contact samqikaka625@gmail.com with your account email, order ID, transaction hash, and network used.
- We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, wrong networks, or amounts that do not match the order.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use AISoul to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Request, generate, store, or distribute content involving minors or anyone portrayed as under 18.
- Harass, threaten, dox, or exploit others.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt our systems or third-party providers.
- Resell, redistribute, or publicly republish private media received through the service without authorization.
- Use automated bots or scripts to abuse free quotas or payment systems.
- Misrepresent AI companions as real humans in ways that could harm others.
We may remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
7. Intellectual property
The AISoul name, logo, website design, companion personas, software, and media library are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for private entertainment while your account is in good standing.
You retain rights to text you type into chat. You grant us a license to process your inputs solely to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Privacy
Your use of AISoul is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it.
9. Disclaimers
AISoul is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free AI output.
We do not guarantee that companions will meet specific emotional, romantic, or entertainment expectations. AI responses should not be relied upon for real-world decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISoul and its operators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $50 if you used only the free tier.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes may also be announced in the app where practical.
12. Termination
You may stop using AISoul at any time. You may delete chat history from Settings inside the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for legal or security reasons.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator establishes primary operations, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us at samqikaka625@gmail.com.
